Age UK Milton Keynes: help and support for older people

From free advice and befriending to day clubs and a helping hand at home, Age UK Milton Keynes supports thousands of older people across the city every year. Here’s what they do, how to get help, and how you can support them.

Growing older should mean being looked after, not left behind. But for a lot of people in Milton Keynes it can bring real worries — money, health, getting out and about, or simply not seeing another face from one day to the next. That’s where Age UK Milton Keynes comes in: a local, independent charity that has been standing alongside older people in the city for decades.

Last year alone the charity helped improve life for over 10,000 older people and their families in Milton Keynes — with free advice, friendship, and practical help that keeps people well, connected and living independently at home.
